If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll make it right β no questions asked.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- βThe refund request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
- βThe product is unused and unopened in its original packaging
- βYou have your order confirmation or order number
Opened Products
We understand that fragrance is personal. If you've opened a product and it doesn't meet your expectations:
- β’We may offer a one-time exchange for a different fragrance of equal value
- β’Alternatively, we may issue store credit for the purchase amount
- β’Each case is evaluated individually β reach out and we'll work with you
Non-Refundable Items
- βItems returned after 30 days
- βGift cards and promotional items
- βItems marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- βProducts damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
Subscription Refunds
For subscription orders:
- β’You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- β’Refunds for the current billing cycle are available if the order has not yet shipped
- β’If you've received a subscription shipment, the standard return policy above applies
Refund Process
- 1Contact us at support@designerscents.com with your order number and reason for return
- 2Receive return instructions β we'll send you a return authorization and shipping details
- 3Ship the product back to us in its original packaging
- 4Refund issued within 5β10 business days of receiving the return, to your original payment method
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost β including return shipping.
