Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (United States)

All orders are processed within 1β2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Designer Scents is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping options are coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand our shipping destinations.

Return Policy
- β30-day return window from the date of delivery
- βItems must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- βProof of purchase (order number or receipt) required
- βRefunds processed within 5β10 business days after we receive the return
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@designerscents.com with your order number
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Note: Opened or used fragrances may only be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion. Sale items are final sale unless defective.
